In Belegarth local groups or chapters are called Realms. Realms often have fantasy names that their founders choose for them. This Category page on the BelegarthWiki is dedicated to tracking realms throughout the world. See also Map of the Realms.

Elder Voting Realms

In Belegarth, fighting rules are determined by a War Council of realms. To vote on War Council you must receive rights as a realm to have a representative. These realms are called Elder realms.

Speaking Realms

Newer realms first join the War Council as speaking realms, meaning they are allowed to have representatives that take part in discussion. Voting realms may also choose to step down to speaking status if they are unable to actively participate in War Council.
