Spring War 2011 aka "Muck Wars" aka "Butt Wars - I don't even know which one we're on now".

Appetizers:
- Cheese cubes
- Garlic sesame hummus with pita chips

Main course:
- Grilled and marinated pork tenderloin
- Spiced apple relish
- Garlic cheddar mashed potatoes
- Sautéed green beans and pearl onions with a bacon balsamic vinaigrette
- Roasted vegetable couscous dressed with olive oil and fresh basil
- Vegetarian Lasagna

- It rained a lot. And was windy as hell.
- Ixous declared himself Master of Ceremonies for the day and ran a bunch of tourneys to keep people entertained.
Saturday
