The [[Lizardmen|Slann]] Mages didn't know what to expect as they approached the great Fuming Serpent on the far Eastern Volcanic Isles. Their usually meditative faces showed signs of curiosity while their [[Lizardmen|Saurus]] guards carried the platforms upon where the massive sages were perched. The night was particularly dark with a blanket of clouds blocking the glowing comfort of the Moon above. This spawning pool lie dormant for centuries under the raging, molten spire. While most spawning pools in the ancient cycle are located under the great pyramids and temples, this particular pool lay off the coast on an uninhabitable isle. The reason for this location was lost long ago in the Great Catastrophe that wiped out the Old Ones along with the first generation of Slann. Only the ancient scrolls held the location and spawning cycle, which was considerably longer in time than the average pool. Some two-thousand years and change had passed since this pool last bubbled to life and spawned a child of Old. The Slanns in their infinite wisdom and brooding intellect seemed most intrigued as to what was to transpire upon their arrival. They could have never predicted the events that would come to pass this cloudy night.

Hailing from the harsh, sweltering jungles of Lustria is the lizardman known in the Horde as Lo'bo. Born in an ancient spawning pool on the Great Fuming Serpent many centuries ago, the Skink Priest rose to infamy among Lizardman society. Blessed with a white hide, Lo'bo quickly rose to become a great spiritual leader as one of the few Lizardman Priests. Lo'bo witnessed firsthand the coming of #ReligionSotek and the eradication of the Skaven from Lustria. After learning that their homeland was under attack on multiple fronts, the Children realized that diplomacy would be needed to secure their jungle home for centuries to come. The time had come to forge relationships with other races of the World. A small band of the greatest Lizardman warriors was dispatched to the world outside of Lustria -- a world never before seen by reptilian eyes. This diplomatic trek was not without hardships, however, and many Lizardmen died in the process. Among the survivors was Lo'bo, who always kept faith that the mighty Sotek would lead them true. Making their way through the vast Elven forests, the sprawling Dwarven mountains, and the great Human plains, the Lizardmen found no friends among these pink-skinned beings.
