Das Bear is, quite simply, a bear. This is not a metaphor, he's literally just a bear. He is the Master Gunner of The Cerberus, a Pirate ship sailing from the The Iron Forest. His gunnery technique often involves firing himself at enemy ships in order to board them and maul their ships. Das Bear is rumored to have reached some form of enlightenment and can manipulate his own physical size.
