Lyres: Bards of Belegarth.

Lyres are the newly emerging group of performing artists.

Who are the Lyres?

Musicians and Storytellers, Dancers and Singers, Poets and Song writers. The Lyres are the Bards of Belegarth who are here to bring music, stories and the rest of the performing arts to the game with enthusiasm and gusto!

Together, the Lyres work together to increase the ambience in the game, with their Roaming Revelers and bardic circles, teaching people new skills such as classes, and hosting the Bardic competitions for some of the biggest events in the game such as Ocktober Fest and Geddon.

Meeting History

Discussions are happening to establish rules and governance for the group through Facebook and Discord.

The first meeting occurred on January 3, 2025:

On January 18, 2025, they discussed judging and what should be required for judges and judging.

As of April 6, 2025, the Lyres established a temporary board of directors to help the group gain its footing.
