Anti-AI Artist Database
In the age of LLMs, GPT chatbots, and Agents running wild one of the often cited reasons people give for using generative AI to make images is that they asked people in the community to do it and no one would. This database is a way to combat that. This will serve as a living database of belegrim artists dedicated to providing art by people for people.
Guidelines
- This database is self-policing. Like belegarth itself is honor based, so is this database. People on this database are self-identified as not using AI for their artwork, and the creator of this will not be vetting or verifying it.
- This database is opt in. To be included in this database please simply add yourself or ask someone to add you. If you put yourself on the database and then at some point in the future decide you don't want to be, you may simply remove yourself or ask to be removed.
- This database does not guarantee commission. Someone being included in this database does not mean they are required to do anything they are contacted about. They are still people with free will, lives, etc. and can refuse any request for any reason.
- Artists may set any limits or restrictions on what work they will do. This database includes sections for artists willing to take free and paid commissions as part of their dedication to keep AI generated work out of Belegarth. Artists might be listed in both sections if they will consider both kinds of work. Regardless of if an artists is listed as accepting paid commissions, free commissions, or both they can limit what they will do for either.
