Mission Statement
To help every new Belegrim find a place in our community.
History
The Oak Guard was founded by Mouring and Tethian on the ride home to Stygia after Teutoburg Wald IX. It was at this event that Mouring had a long discussion with Sir Rem DeLavan and Sir Rahvin about member retention strategies. She decided that in order to help her realm she would create a group for this sole purpose. She brought it up with Tethian, they bought a notebook at the local grocery store and began to flesh out the basic structure. They wanted it to be inclusive of both fighters and crafters.
Goals
1. Help improve retention of Belegrim.
2. Get people to events.
3. See our members improve and eventually leave the unit.
