Chopsticks are two bats of nearly identical proportions. The term does not define a particular fighting style. Chopsticks are typically competitively-sized blues.
[edit] Dual Wield
In flo fighting, chopsticks are used because of the bat meta and the consistent threat on each side given by weapon symmetry. A good flo chopsticks fighter can fight left-handed fighters at the same capacity that they fight right-handed fighters simply by flipping their stance and movements from one side to the other.
[edit] Downstick
A bat identical to the one in the main hand may be held in the off hand with a reverse grip behind a shield. The offhand bat in this style is called a downstick. When the main arm is disabled, the fighter still has similar range using the downstick, and can drop the shield to free up shots. When the shield is broken, the fighter can drop the shield and begin flo fighting.
