Belegarth Prime often brushes up against other worlds.

The mists are for the lore of those worlds and races which have at one time or another been in contact with Belegarth Prime, but do not have either regular contact, or a large settlement on Prime.

Writing and traditions here do not necessarily need to be compatible with the way things are done on Prime- your Kobold's is from another world, with it's own traditions and culture. This is where you can do things "your way" (right away, at burgerking now!).
