In Belegarth, Blood Elves are a newer race found after their homeland was taken by the Back Scar. An arcane people believing in magic as a source of power, enlightenment, and peace the Blood elves are known for their feats with magic of all sorts. Blood elves are very territorial they hold alliances with none even their High Elf bretheren. Their warriors are some of the finest ever seen, though they rarely fight unless provoked or if they see a possible advancement to their arcane needs.

As the Blood Elves are a new race to the people of Belegarth not much about their hierarchy is known. All that has been discovered is that the government is run by the Arch Mage of the Fallentoriaum or the mages guild.
