can i make cloud buster sword with a diagonal cut on the tip of the pvc, fiberglass , or whatever core then box many times and blade many times

Since I have no idea what the hell a "cloud buster sword" is, then no. Also, you also can't have any point on the tip fit easily pass a 2.5 inch hole, so the diagonal cut would not work. Also, PVC is a terrible core to use for a weapon. Even if it's legal somehow, there's a reason why no one in Belegarth uses a "cloud buster sword". - B-Broods
