Believe what you like, and say what you believe, but I know that Gan-Deva created the world

Gan-Deva was only very recently revealed to the Gypsies of Kumpania del Ruv, but She commands their loyalty thanks to Her Blessings and Protection. She sits in the pantheon of Belegrim gods as a young goddess (Her followers believe the world is only a few thousand years old) and shares dominion of the world which She Created with a variety of demigods, demons, and spirits. There is still debate about whether Gan-Deva's mythology is based on the life of a real person, or perhaps a collection of exceptionally clever gypsy women, but proofs of Her current divinity can be found with any gypsy who follows Her. All stories about Gan-Deva begin with the above statement of truth.

Gan-Deva's followers are blessed with cleverness and cunning, humor and much imagination. In Her Honor they wear tokens of Her Blessings: coins, beads, bright colors and jingly jewelry. To make merry in Her Name is one of the most-loved ways to worship Gan-Deva. Making music, dancing, storytelling, and those who practice these arts fall under Her protection.
