Sword Fries

Sword fries, also known as reblade kits, refer to pre-made blades of foam, ready to be attached to a core. They are often made of higher quality foam than blue camp pad, and often come pre-routed, allowing for a tighter fit and better adhesion to the core than standard DIY construction.
For proper technique in applying flatblades, see this turorial (steps 5 to 9 apply even if you are just using 2lb foam rather than 4lb). For omnis, see this video (only the glueing; some aspects of warlord sports's construction are not optimal for belegarth).
