A "Protecter" Is A Temporary Leader Of A Nation, Clan, Or Tribe In A Time Of War. They Are Not Kings For They Do Not Have Absolute Power and Can Only Rule For So Long. Their Duty Is To Protect A Clan, Nation, Or Realm Until A Time Of Peace.
