The realm of [[Rath]] is only a couple of years old and is still quite fresh. A good bunch of the committed fighters are chaos guard and once someone is seen as being even the slightest of a worthy fighter they are recruited into that unit.  Since we are a very contained realm not many newbies and regulars know what other fighters around the nation are like and that there are other units. So there is this weird mentality in the realm that if you dont become a member of the chaos guard than you really have no future in the sport of [[Belegarth]]. This was really getting on the nerves of a few of us so we started the Sons of Freedom, a throwback to the Sons of Liberty during the Revolutionary Age of America.
