Realm Counsil/Represenatives
-Head War Baron: Head represenative of the realm, and head of the war counsil
-Head Knight of combat: Appointed by the Head War Baron and approved by the unit represenatives, he/she must take on duties of the Head War Baron during counsil meetings when he/she is away
-unit representatives: The head leaders of any units on the field
