Biography
My name is Alpin the Shifter. I am known to many simply as Shyft. I am of the Rigante a highland keltoi clan.
My birth is a mystery. I was left as an orphan at the threshold of Hamish and Judith, an older couple who had two daughters but no sons. They saw me as a blessing, though I may have been more of a challenge. I was raised on hard work and heroic stories. Taught to take pride in my strength but to use it to help others. My life was a good one, but I was restless.
