Of course any other fighters are welcome but unexpected. For those interested here's the important information for this event.

Time: arrival anytime after 4pm Thursday, departure by 1pm Monday
Place: Milo McIver State Park (directions on Realm of Gondor page under Western Wars link)
Cost: $15/person

Some important notes for this event:

• There will be 1 feast on Saturday night. Food details to follow. If you prefer not to participate the cost of admittance is $10.
• There is a cold water spigot at the site and flush toilets available. There is no sink nor showers directly at our site. About a 5 minute drive away at the standard camping location showers are available
• This event is in Oregon in May. Be prepared for some cold weather and (very) possible rain.
• As stated above we have to arrive after 4pm on Thursday. The gotcha here is that the park closes the gates at 10pm (just to make us feel safe). If you are coming in late -- please arrive before 10pm, or you will likely be sleeping the in car until morning.
• As you enter the park there is a place to pay for parking. DO NOT PAY FOR PARKING. IT IS INCLUDED IN THE ENTRY FEE.
• Waivers are required to fight at Western Wars. If you are 18 you can sign a wavier when you get here. If you are under 18 you must bring a waiver that has been signed by a parent/guardian.
