The Ogre-Troll Council
The Ogre-Troll council is comprised of an ogre and a troll who decide various important matters. The Ogre-Troll council has decided many things, and will reach at least a 50/50 desicion on any matter. When a person consults the council, the opinion of the council must be followed.
