Hand on a shield is same as hand on weapon. --was passed by War Council: [1]
Go easier on women and smaller fighters when using red weapons and heavy offensive shield usage. Does NOT mean tap fighting--Don't tell Tzigana that! It should probably read "Use sound judgement when using red weapons and offensive shield usage."
Quick question: Some of these things are now in the rules, such as 3.11.4.7: "It is illegal to bash or check combatants that have bows and/or arrows/bolts." Should we remove sections that are now official rules? -Nakis
