Strong guild

Strong guild- A guild formed in the realm of Solis by Avar the Brute on March 20th 2024. This guild is centered around lifting stones, strongman bags, and other heavy objects for competition and physical training. Initiation into the guild requires the initiate to lift three strongman bags(120pounds, 180-200 pounds, 300 pounds)over a post a little higher than their naval. Competitions are held at events for entertainment and recognition. Many of the competitions are based off of the Highland Games, and it is very common for people in this guild to wear a kilt with compression shorts underneath.
