Squooshie was born into the realm of Dur Demarion 21 years ago, to the pinky Sir Lotek and his wife Ora. She grew up around many crazy monsters and even more pinky's. She grew up learning about her history and traveling to many lands north of her realm. It wasn't until her 18th year that her life changed and turn completely around.
Squooshie had always believed her spirit animal to be bunny, she jumped around like a bunny, wiggled her nose like a bunny, and was always hyper. Two years her clumsy nature caused her to run into beasts pulling a chariot that appeared to belong to the Norse goddess Freyja, deity of love, fertility, war, wealth, divination, and magic....and of course, her chariot just so happened to be pulled by two giant gray cats, that the god Thor gave to her....Squooshie apologized for running into the carriage, but Freyja would hear nothing of it, she was livid with the young woman for even daring to touch her precious cats. The cats could see right through to Squooshie's bunny ways, and began to chase her. She took off running, but was caught by the beasts. Freyja began screaming at the young woman for running away. With one cleverly snarky remark from Squooshie, Freyja was done. Without a second though, Freyja used her magic to turn Squooshie into half feline, the thing she feared the most, and half human, the thing that absolutely confused her the most. Freyja told the young woman she would forever be this way, to learn the ways of a feline and learn to appreciate and love them the way she did. Pleased with her work, Freyja disappeared, leaving Squooshie alone in her new state...
Squooshie traveled north again, and learned of a group of monsters by the name of Horde. She had heard of them before, but had thought they had disappeared and died off, after her dear friend Izareth had retired from the realm. She met many monsters and learned of several races, befriending several and being asked to join their group. A year later she was blooded into the family known as Horde. She met several other Catfolk and they told each other stories of their lives. After many stories and history lessons, Squooshie began to realize, Freyja was not who she though she was...
Two years passed, Squooshie had begun to learn much about herself and her race. She has learned that not only was she truly a Catfolk spirit, not of bunny, she was also tricked. She was made to believe she had encountered Freyja, when she had truly been found by a daughter of the great Khajiit Goddess Pissran, Tsalvina. She had been made to believe it was a curse that she could fix, when she had been turned into her true form, and made her find her true family of Horde and other Catfolk. Squooshie is now happy as a member of the catfolk society and is still learning more about her culture and history.
Squooshie has now officially traveled West and discovered much more of her family, and many new lands. While west, Squooshie was contacted by the woman she refered to as her catfolk mother. Tsalvina reached out and told Squooshie that she had heard news of a Goblin by the name of Shy was becoming Khadine, and Squooshie needed to infiltrate the goblin army to get closer to the tasks Shy had to complete so that she could learn and understand the ways of other races, just to simply have a better understanding and knowledge. When Squooshie asked how Tsalvina planned to have her disguise herself, Tsalvina showed herself and gave Squooshie a Talisman to help her hide her true appearance, and hide in the midst of the goblin army. For 3 days, and 3 days only would this magick work. While learning of the history of goblyns, Squooshie realized how much she enjoyed the story of the God Baulk, she began learning more about him and wearing his symbol on her body. The other goblyns weren't too happy about it, but they left her alone. After her three days were up, Squooshie changed back into her catfolk form and enjoyed her days as a cat again, rather than hiding who she was.
Many moons later, Squooshie was sleeping in her home, minding her own business. She was suddenly awoken by a knock at the door. When the door was opened, Squooshie was greeted by a strange woman claiming to be a Witchdoktor. She told Squooshie that she had been bad, and mother was not happy with her choices. Now Squooshie knew that normally Pissran doesn't care at all what any of her children do. She simply hates goblyns and loves cats because they look like her, and she's pretty full of herself. Well this Witchdoktor told Squooshie that Pissran wasn't happy and she needed to be punished. The witchdoktor started talking all weird and this bright light started shining out of no where, Squooshie got super confused and weirded out. All of sudden, Squooshie looked down and noticed that all her fur was starting to fall out. She began to panic and screamed at the witchdoktor. When the witchdoktor finished her weird mumbling, Squooshie looked down and saw that her body was now green. Now clearly Squooshie has been through this bodily transformation before, and recognized what she was, but still didn't understand why this was happening. She screamed at the witchdoktor and demanded she explain herself. The witchdoktor looked at her and smiled, then suddenly threw a dagger at Squooshie. Squooshie dodged the dagger and took off running away from the witchdoktor. The woman screamed at Squooshie, warning that if she would not accept her fate, she would live in a body her mother hates! Then disappeared.
After spending many nights walking and constantly looking behind her in fear. As she wandered she found herself coming upon tribe, she had heard about these sorts of goblyns. They were small, full of rage for no reason yet very nice, and very clever. Squooshie enjoyed being around the snotlings, she found herself showing many of the same characteristics, especially when it came to eating much more often, she had been that way as a cat and ate more often any of the other catfolk she encountered. They accepted Squooshie as one of their own, even though she was not born of their tribe. After many discussions with them, she realized that because she had been infatuated with Baulk, Pissran was going to make her look like the creature she hated, and then kill her (because obviously she cant kill something that looks like her). The snotlings agreed to let Squooshie wander on her own to get antiquated with her new body and life. Squooshie then came upon a tribe she learned were called Night Goblyns, they taught her many things. Once the night goblyns taught Squooshie everything she could, they sent her on her way, as long as she promised to come back to the tribe and visit. Squooshie was now taken in by two tribes who agreed she could come and go as she pleased, never before had she felt like she truly belonged, and now she had a family who claimed her as their own and let her be free. Since then she has appeared to her Horde family and they've accepted and loved her as a goblyn.
