Sif was once the companion of a great knight. He accompanied the knight on a quest to save the land from the forces of the Abyss. However, the knight and Sif were overrun, and the former used his shield to erect a barrier to protect Sif before becoming corrupted. Now Sif guards the last relic of the knight, waiting patiently for a warrior who is brave enough, or foolish enough to take if from him.
