Marshal

Noun : The marshal is the referee of the Belegarth battlefield. On a national level marshal’s all wear a yellow or gold tabard that clearly denotes them as a marshal. It is their duty to ensure the enforcement of the book of war, the rules of the Belegarth combat field.
