Manoa Medieval Combat Club (Manoa MCC) is located in the city of Honolulu, on the island of Oahu.
Based in the Manoa Valley, it is situated on the campus of the University of Hawaii Manoa. Manoa MCC is a RIO (Registered Independent Organization), officially recognized by the University and allowed to operate, with certain benefits meant to encourage student organizations, but officially independent from the school.
As a newly formed realm, it is best to contact for information (such as practice locations and times) until practice schedules are finalized. For the time being official practices will be held Fridays between 2-4pm in Hemenway Hall (either room 201 or 208), with additional pickup games/practices organized at member's request.
Equipment will be provided free of charge for the first several practices attended, and there is no participation fee. If you decide to stay with the sport, it is highly encouraged to eventually build your own equipment (as a bonus it will then be customized to your own specifications). You will not be on your own in this however: experienced members will be more than willing to provide any help that you need when building your equipment, and tutorials are available on this website, under "How to Build."
