How to Build a Squeaky Weapon

I unveiled my squeaky hammers at Oktoberfest '07 for those of you who remember them. They were more or less a fun weapon to use when you were bored. The easiest way to create a squeaky weapon is to cut the squeakers out of those fluffy squeaky toys you can buy at Dollar General for about $3. Put the squeakers against the handle, and lightly wrap electrical tape around the squeakers and handle until everything but the small hole at the bottom is covered up. The reason you use electrical tape rather than duct tape, gorilla tape, or andover hockey tape is because the cloth tape doesn't hold well unless firmly pressed or the duct tape and or gorilla tape is too heavy to allow re-inflation.

Also try this: (This method only works with a stabbing tip (I used green high-density open cell foam))

Before you put the open cell onto your weapon tip, wrap the foam loosely in any tape that will allow the open cell to re-expand. Cut a slit (about the same size as your squeaker is tall) so the air can escape. Put the squeaker into the slit you just cut and tape around the edge of the exposed outer part of the squeaker making sure not to cover the hole ware the air comes out. Attach the foam to your weapon and take it out for a test drive. (Works great with javelin tips just for javelins put more foam around it so you could hit to the face and not make them cry. and duct tape works as long as you don't wrap it too tight)
