The DGMA High Council is the ruling body of the Dread Gate Mercenary Alliance and has been since it's inception. Originally the council was made up of the head and deputy of each unit of the alliance. As times changed so did the council. Two of the original members still sit on the council, Thumbs and Oroku respectively. Each member has an important part in the running of the administrative and combat leadership of the unit.
