Filth came to Leadership in the Northlands very rapidly due to his highly proficient leadership skills. Since the day he took over, the Northlands division has prospered greatly. The Brotherhood of the Falcon continues to grow in the Northlands and Filth doesn't see it stopping anytime soon. Filth runs his division with a slightly different set of rules. Regardless of how he runs it, his division continues to produce quality work.

Filth is currently the leader of the Michigan division of the brotherhood
