The ledgendary first installment of Chaos wars.

The first Chaos Wars was held in August of 1997 at Somerville Manor in Lava Hot Springs, Idaho. It was started by Raban Gunther(aka Shadow) as an attempt for a western national event. One of the most memorable parts was the Treasure Quest. A real (made from Plywood) treasure chest was hidden on site with real items inside of it. Some of the items included a chain mail byrnie, a dagger, feasting bowl, goblet, a chain mail coif, and about $20 - $30 in coin that could be spent on site.

Chaos Wars 1(August 14th - 17th, 1997)


The first Chaos Wars was held in August of 1997 at Somerville Manor in Lava Hot Springs, Idaho. It was started by Raban Gunther(aka Shadow) as an attempt for a western national event.
