The colors of the Chaos Guard

Contents

Overview

"There is no honor, only victory."

The guard of Korayn is a military style unit sworn to protect Korayn at all cost and by any means.

Appearance

Guards are easily distinguished by the uniform they wear onto the field. The standard Guard unifrom is simply a basic tabbard then, when worn, displays green on the wearer's right and gray on their left. The Chaos Emblem is placed in the front center of the tabbard and most members then personalize the logo with an emblem of their own design in the center of the empty circle area of the Chaos Banner. Green and gray are the basis for the Guard's colors and often also addorn their shields or other misc. garb and weapon items.

The primary color of the guard of Korayn is green. This color represents the wealth and prosperity of Korayn, which is the guards first priority. The second color is gray. This color represents the guards views on combat. There is no true good and no true evil. What we choose is good and those who opose us are evil.

Ranking

The guard of Korayn has a structured ranking system. The highest ranking fighter is in comand of the Guard and holds the title of "High Commander." The High Commander places lower ranking fighters in charge of smaller divisions. In order to lead a division you must at least hold the rank of Officer. The High Commander must be a knight with a guard rank of no less then Commander. If two fighteer are in line for High Commander simultaneously, or the current High Commander is contested, the fighters in question will assemble before all present Guard members, and will dual for the position. Any weapons and armor may be used, with the exeption of missle weaponry. The winner of three of five fights determines the victor. The High Commander may be contested only by one fighter and only after a period of 90 days after his instatement or last contest.

Militia: Not a true Guard, but is affiliated with them. The mark is a green or gray belt sash.

Level 1: Grunt-No insignia, this is the entry level Guard member. Fighters must have basic garb, and the Chaos Guard uniform.

After attaining level 1 a Guardsman may choose either the path of the fighter, or the path of the archer. Both paths reconveine after three ranks, and the levels attained are equivalent.
