El-Caesar

A wandering observer. He finds violence distasteful, but has forged strong friendships with the members of the Arbitrium. Upon finding out that he was documenting the exploits of his crew, McUllcuk insisted on making El-Caesar a full member of the unit, despite his non-combatant status.

Out of Character

Luc Robinson shows up pretty often at Arbitrium practices, but he only rarely fights. He and Hank have been friends for years.
