I was born in the dwarven city of Hrothbane to my parents Arendale (mother/elf) and Tranger (father/dwarf). I had a cheerful childhood growing up with my brother and cousins. When I was old enough to walk and hold a sword, my father taught me the most basic defensive and offensive fighting skills, as well as horseback riding skills. While still in my teen years, the city was invaded and I was taken to a prisoner camp along with my family, where we were held for 5 long years.
While there, my sword and shield fighting skills were sharpened, in secret of course, thanks to some dwarfs who owed my father a favor. We were able to practice undisturbed and unknown using sticks and anything we could get our hands on. Finally, we were able to overpower our captures and escape virtually unscathed.
