Thunder Guard is a realm located in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. It was created in the spring of 2006. Thunder Guard is one of the founding realms of the Northern alliance
As of October 1st 2011 Thunder Guard has become the first international realm with Voting Rights. Units that fight weekly: Carrion Crusade, Order of the Rose (As of 2012 both local units have been disbanded), Templar Draconis Kestevara, Clan of the Hydra, The Order There is also The Tyro Division, run by Éothain and James, for those members of the Realm ages 8-15.
Total Members: Approx. 100 Average Attendance: 20-25

Practice
From May till October (baring any weather problems and the state of the parks) Practices are held every Tuesday (Waverley Park) and every Saturday (Vickers Park) from 5:30 until dark.
All weapons will be checked at each practice.
From November till April Thunder Guard is now practicing in the Lakehead University Hanger. These practices are typically every Saturday from 6:00 to 8:00

This past year we have also been covered by the Lakehead University Paper, The Argus and a small photo and blurb again in the local paper.
