The office of Belegarth Secretary is one of 6 elected positions within the Board of Directors responsible for keeping minutes during BoD meetings, ensuring all paperwork is filed on-time, and keeping in contact with all War Council representatives during voting periods. This position is elected yearly by the War Council.
