"We paid a lawyer who told us not to keep a public-public ban list. I get why people want to see it, I get why people want one, but those who are in the need to know (realm leadership or event runner) have access and those who don't don't. If you'd like to see this policy changed, please submit a proposal to allocate new funds to asking a new lawyer about it or please donate the money for that review. Failure to protect ourselves from frivolous lawsuits exposes us to spending a lot of money on legal fees or forcing us to allow people we believe to be hazardous to our organization back in so this isn't a light change. It doesn't matter what other organizations do, our lawyer gave us Belegarth specific advice which takes into account how we are organized, where we are incorporated, and our ability to bear the financial burden of lawsuits." -Nakis<br>
