War Council decisions in 2022
This list includes all changes passed by War Council during the four voting periods of the year (March, June, September & December)
Officer Elections for the Next Year (2023)
- Apprentice Nakis was elected President
- Squire Antoinette was elected Vice President
- Squire Hixa was elected Secretary
- Sir Nénharma was elected Public Relations Coordinator
Realm Status Changes
- Speaking rights were granted for Mallenorod, Eryndor, Grim’s Keep, Dragonspire, Galladorn, Mittelmarch & Silvalorn
- Voting rights were granted for Aquilonia
Book of War changes in 2022
Change to 3.7.2.4: Codify 'Posting'
- 3.7.2.4.6. A combatant who has had their leg disabled may choose to "post" instead of kneeling. When posting, the injured leg may not be moved, except to pivot in place. When posting, a strike to either leg is considered to have hit the good leg. When choosing to post, it must be declared at the time of posting and communicated normally as any other injury.

Rigid metal full helmet. Rigid metal full helmet is defined as being composed of large metal plates that are attached together in a fashion that the helmet acts as a solid object. Partial rigid metal helmets as well as full helmets made of any other armor materials are allowed.

Change to Article 4:
- 4.4 Automatic Denial or Revocation of Membership
- 4.4.1 In accordance with the mission of BMCS and in an attempt to provide a safe environment for its Members, individuals with the following legal status or history will be automatically denied membership or have membership revoked in BMCS.
Addition to Article 15:
- 15.2.1.3. Minimum active membership shall not include non-members as defined in 4.2.
