Summoning all Shaman Tribes!

A decree has one out, and it's time for us to band together. To engage our rivals in the Wizard's Council in a great contest!

They have taken dominion over the battlefield, infiltrated the night life, and distributed their mysterious concoctions. When their hands aren't filled with a counter-weight for their washers games, they're holding our revelry in the palm of their magical hands! The time has come to rise up and show them the strength of the Shaman!

This contest will be held at Metzler Park in Estacada, Oregon on May 29- June 1 2014. We shall camp and revel together, enjoying food and shenanigans. Our first contest will be in brewing, a showdown of Wizard Potions vs Shaman Tonics. Secondly, we will compare Shaman and Wizard dress. Thirdly, epic Shenanigans. And last, we will meet on the field to determine whether it is Wizards or Shaman who triumph in mighty battle.

At the end of the competition, we will join together again to feast and award prizes to the winners.

Schedule of events. (Don't take this too seriously)

Weapons check will open each day 9:00-10:00.

I will not set an exact time for a lunch break (because we never really follow it anyway), but there will be an official lunch break when people are ready.

Friday 6:00 PM: Drink mix off! Wizards and Shaman should make their coolest drinks (i.e. Stuff that glows in the dark, Flaming tonics, or any other edible spells you can cast). There will be three judges, one Wizard, one Shaman, and one mortal commoner.

Friday 8:00 PM: Western Wars Auction! Please donate to the Western Wars Auction being ran by Sypris!

Saturday 3:00 PM: Battle of Magics! The epic clash of Shamans and Wizards. Special powers will be granted to each side (we'll keep it simple) for this final clash. Rules will follow.

Saturday 6:00 PM: Feast and Awards, where all your hard work is rewarded.
